Negli anni 70 Corrado di Marco inizia la sua ricerca per creare prodotti in grado di coniugare gusto, naturalità e benessere. Nel 1981 nasce Pizzasnella, il mix di farine a base di frumento e soia che consente di creare una pizza a lunga lievitazione, senza grassi e zuccheri aggiunti. Nel 2001 Corrado Di Marco inventa la Pinsa Romana, una vera e propria rivoluzione. Al mix di farine di frumento e soia si uniscono riso e Pasta Madre. Oggi più 7000 Pinserie sono distribuite in tutto il mondo.
