Il magazzino interno conta oltre 30.000 prosciutti crudi stagionati, provenienti da quattro diversi stabilimenti di stagionatura.
Antica Foma Prosciuttificio e Salumificio is located in the heart of Emilia Romagna, one of the most famous regions in terms of gastronomic heritage. The two basic principles on which we ground our activity are product care and craftsmanship. Our internal warehouse contains over 30.000 cured raw hams coming from four different maturing establishments. The selection of the product, the handcrafted boning, and the same-day shipping of the de-boned represent our primary values.
