Whole-grain flour from black-grain spelt – produced by our company for the first time in the world.
Our black-grain spelt is a unique innovative grain rich in antioxidants and beneficial nutrients inherited from wild heather (wheatgrass and blueberry).
We exclusively use black spelt grains to make our whole wheat flour, which is:
