CO-EL Metal detector for jars and bottles

COEL Metal detector side by side product transfer The application was specifically designed by CO-EL for in-line inspection of plastic jar products and and glass jars, without metal capsules. It involves the insertion of the metal detector conveyor belt alongside the outfeed belt of the filling machine and alongside the infeed belt of the capsuling machine. Conforming products are then fed back into the production line, while nonconforming products are automatically set aside in a blind track equipped with an overflow alarm. The operator at this point removes the rejected products. For low-productivity lines, the simple belt stop with audible and illuminated warning is available. The belt is equipped with modular belt (polyethylene, polypropylene or acetal) material chosen according to the ambient temperature and the load to be conveyed. Available colors are white or blue, solid or perforated mesh. All models come with certificate for FDA food compatibility.
