Gravity fall metal detector - G series The SERIES G metal detector has been specially designed for the control of granular products, flours and flour products passing inside pipes even at high speed, without the need to stop the production line. A special ejection valve regulates the flow to be rejected: control via software guarantees fast and safe intervention times, ensuring minimum product loss. It finds application in many sectors: sugar, salt, spices, flour, corn, rice, cereals, pasta, pharmaceuticals, plastics. FEATURE: -------------- Passing diameter from 50 to 200mm High detection capability of all kinds of metal: ferrous, nonferrous, stainless steel Fast-acting automatic ejection valve with pneumatic actuator For production lines with low level of operator supervision Mounting possible with both vertical and inclined pipe Valve in stainless steel or powder-coated versions Custom support structures available for special mountings
