RT 8080 FR

In recent months, our technical department worked hard to translate the desires and aspirations of our customers into a relatively compact product and the day we have been eagerly awaiting has arrived: RT 8080 FR is finally available! This oven will allow us to meet the needs of some markets that were not perfectly covered by our current products, in particular the American continent. Its feature of having the heat exchanger (for the gas or diesel version) or the stainless steel covered resistors (for the electric version) in the front part of the oven allows it to be installed in series together with other ovens of the same model or to be flanked on the sides by other machines or by the walls of the laboratory, thus allowing for an optimization of space. RT 8080 FR is designed to contain 1 trolley capable of carrying 2 trays of 18”x26” or 1 tray of 80x80 cm per shelf. We are proud of the result obtained! Laboratory tests conducted by our technicians have highlighted perfect baking uniformity across the entire tray and on all levels of the rack, for different types of products: medium and big baguettes and biscuits, the latter being particularly delicate and therefore ideal for testing the oven's ability to bake with a gentle, even flow of heat capable of providing uniform browning.
