Fruits in gel - Sour Cherry, Blueberry, Peach, Strawberry, Raspberry, Forest Fruits, Tropical Fruits. Thermostable - can be baked inside and outside of cakes. Can be frozen in final products such as: cakes, dumplings, donuts and others. Consumption without heat treatment for direct use: waffles, pancakes, toast and for direct consumption. Universal - perfect for pastries, crispy, biscuits, yeast cakes. Product does not soak the cake. Product contains whole fruits.
