Information
The Pinsa Margherita is a topped premium frozen crust ready in just 8 minutes.
The dough is a mixture of three flours (wheat, soy, and rice) with high hydration and a minimum 24-hour rising time, it is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is topped with 100% Italian tomato and mozzarella.
The result is a crunchy crust on the outside and soft inside, tasty and ready to use.
The Pinsa Crust XL measures 30x20 cm and weighs 370g.
Food preservation: frozen (12 months).
