The dough is a mixture of three flours (wheat, soy, and rice) with high moisture, no animal fats, and at least 24 hours of rising time. The result is a crunchy crust on the outside and soft inside, making it ideal for all recipes.
The Pinsa Crust Oval Classic measures 30x20 cm and weighs 230g.
