At the heart of this iconic black peel is carbon fiber, an ultra-lightweight yet highly durable material. The Gold pizza peel, with its golden peels super-resistant to heat, scratches and wear. Here, the treatment chosen to give the aluminum superior characteristics is G.H.A., Golden Hard Anodising, thanks to which it achieves low friction, high temperature resistance and gives the instrument anti-mold and antibacterial performance. The Napoli pizza peel, with its special perforation, is suitable for working in ovens at 500°C, and is made even more durable thanks to S.H.A. Hard anodizing. To technical progress, Napoli combines an even more appealing and “Made in Italy” design: a handle that recalls the Neapolitan blue sky, and the three rivets that echo the colors of the Italian flag.
