Together with CSC® Certified Specialty Coffee, we selected straight from the plantations the coffees this blend is made of. In this way we established a strong cooperation with the coffee producers in terms of work and friendship and as a result we receive some of the best coffees in the world. Our blend is made above all of Arabica coffees coming from selected plantation in Brazil, Guatemala and Ethiopia and a Robusta coffee among the best in the world coming from India. These special coffees can be traced starting from their origin and consequently we will be able to know their complete path and all their production history.

We began roasting coffee in 1948 as a family-run company and have been roasting since then for five generations, maintaining high quality and keeping up to date with the fast changing coffee business. We are specialized in roasting fine espresso blends according to our Italian tradition. Our products have received many certifications for quality and origin such as CSC (Certified Special Coffees) CCPB (Organic) and Fair Trade.
