Molino Madre produce farine per professionisti dal 1939 in Calabria, farine per pizza e pasta con germe di grano. Negli ultimi 20 anni ci siamo specializzati nella produzione artigianale di basi precotte per pizza e focacce, con lievito madre, stese a mano e precotte nel forno a legna con base in pietra. Produciamo panetti per pizza, panini e focacce di grammatura personalizzabili. I nostri prodotti sono frozen con una scadenza di 12 mesi.
Molino Madre has been producing flours for professionals since 1939 in Calabria, flours for pizza and pasta with wheat germ. Over the past 20 years we have specialized in the artisanal production of pre-cooked bases for pizza and focaccia, with sourdough, hand-rolled and pre-cooked in a wood-fired oven with a stone base. We produce pizza dough, rolls and focaccia of customizable weight. Our products are frozen with a shelf life of 12 months.
