Inoltre nel laboratorio con forno a legna produciamo basi precotte artigianali stese a mano per pizza e focaccia in grado di soddisfare il mercato Italiano e estero, sono surgelate con una scadenza di 12 mesi. Abbiamo inoltre una produzione di panetti per pizza surgelati, con grammature personalizzabili in base alle esigente del cliente, questi dopo lo scongelamento sono pronti per essere stesi, farciti e infornati.
