Since 1923 Molino Pordenone has been producing wheat flour in Italy, and distributing it in several countries of the European Union to bakery, pastry and pizza professionals, as well as to the food industry, milling 70,000 tons of wheat per year. From the beginning, we have specialized in formulating flours for bakery professionals, with a range of technical products made to suit specific finished product and production efficiency requirements.
