SpeeDelight combines direct cooking (contact plates) and two kinds of indirect cooking (infrared and microwaves) for snacks that are crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. It is able to guarantee the perfect serving temperature by working independently: the lid will open automatically at the end of the cooking cycle. The top plate automatically adjusts in height depending on the thickness of the sandwich/snack. Simple to use, it is designed to be easily used by all staff.
