Con ingresso di nuovi soci il sito produttivo viene spostato a latina, per una maggior capacità produttiva e maggiori investimenti per rafforzare il marchio, iniziando con ingresso del nuovo mastro birraio, con competenza e professionalità a guidarci in questa nuova avventura.
Officina del Baccano was born in 2018 in Campagnano di Roma, from the idea of three friends who, driven by their passion for craft beer, dropped everything and opened their own brewery. With the entry of new partners, the production site was moved to Latina, for greater production capacity and greater investments to strengthen the brand, starting with the entry of the new master brewer, with competence and professionalism to guide us in this new adventure.
