Ustersbacher è una Birreria bavarese di famiglia fondata nel 1605. La produzione della nostra birra secondo il metodo tradizionale con il massimo rispetto dell’ambiente fa parte della nostra filosofia. L'editto di purezza e l'origine bavarese delle materie prime permette di usare il sigillo 'Birra Bavarese geograficamente protetta'. Nel 2023 la birreria ha vinto il premio 'Qualità pluriennale' dal Ministero Tedesco e 'Birreria dell'Anno della Germania' e 'Mastro Birraio dell'Anno'.
Ustersbacher is a privately owned brewery founded in 1605 and located in the southern german region Bayern. The 14th generation of the family Schmid is brewing beer strictly following the German Reinheitsgebot by traditional brewing methods and using only local raw materials. In 2023 Brewery Ustersbacher for the 30th time won the award for 'Longstanding Product Quality' confered by the Ministry of Germany, and also became 'Germany's Brewery of the Year' and 'Brewing Master of the Year'.
