BOIA BREWING CO. nasce nel 2020 come spin-off del Birrificio Balabiòtt, proprietà di Birra Domodossola Srls situata a Domodossola. Vanta oggi una selezione di 11 etichette, con una filosofia produttiva fortemente legata ai canoni nord europei, orientate principalmente sul vasto mondo delle IPA. La nostra cantina di 580 ettolitri ci permette una capacità produttiva di 5.000 ettolitri annui, grazie ai quali abbiamo avuto modo di servire sia il mercato italiano che estero.
BOIA BREWING CO. was born in 2020 as a spin-off of Birrificio Balabiòtt, owned by Birra Domodossola Srls located in Domodossola. Today it boasts a selection of 11 labels, with a production philosophy strongly linked to Northern European standards, mainly oriented towards the vast world of IPAs. Our cellar of 580 hectoliters allows us a production capacity of 5,000 hectoliters per year, thanks to which we have been able to serve both the Italian and foreign markets.
