Nasciamo nel 2010 e siamo il birrificio toscano con più capacità produttiva. A una linea core affermata, si affiancano one shots e collabs varie. Produciamo inoltre una serie di basse fermentazioni come la nuova Italian Pils. Ci piace sperimentare e produrre differenti stili,classici sia moderni, e giocare sugli ingredienti.IA lato del birrificio presente una Tap Room con cucina, aperto tutti i giorni. Born in 2010 and today one of the biggest production of craft beer in Tuscany. A very solid core range, a serie of one-shots and collabs with some of the best breweries in Europe, a new bottom fermentation project where our new Italian Pils is very much appreciate. We love to experiment and brew different styles, either classics or modern stuff. Our brewery based in Livorno has a Tap Room on the side where you can try super fresh beers and eat as well.
