La birreria Flensburger iniziò a produrre nel 1888 a Flensburg, un fiordo sul mar Baltico ed è la birreria più a Nord della Germania. La birra viene ancora prodotta seguendo lo storico editto tedesco sulla purezza. L’acqua arriva direttamente in birreria dai ghiacciai del Nord Europa, le materie prime usate vengono acquistate dagli agricoltori locali. La bottiglia a tappo meccanico e il suo caratteristico suono “PLOP” al momento dell’apertura l’hanno fatta conoscere nel mondo.
Since our foundation in 1888, we brew our beers according to the German Purity Law. Our premium quality is not only due to our brewing expertise; we carefully select our raw materials – Coastal barley from local farmers and pristine water from our glacier spring.
