AMARO 1904
BEVERAGES
Information
he only Chamomile amaro with a recipe from 1904.
Amaro 1904 plunges its roots in ancient recipes.
Ferdinando De Cinque, lawyer, deputy and scholar of literature, was born in Casoli (Italy) in 1876 from a family of notaries.
There are dozens of sheets written by Ferdinando in search of the perfect balance for his amaro: he refined the final recipe in 1904.
The label features a futurist design in vogue at the time.
A pleasant and fragrant amaro: orange citrus, spicy hints of cinnamon and cloves, and finally fresh notes of mint and liquorice.
But the real star is chamomile, a small flower capable of infusing depth and aroma to the liqueur.
