Agave Azul distillate, we could define it as an artisanal Tequila. The plants are partly cultivated and partly wild. Compared to an industrial tequila, which is produced from very young plants (3-4 years) cooked in steel autoclaves with high temperature steam for 12 hours while in this case we used mature plants (6-8 years) cooked in brick oven for 36 hours; the result is a sweet and creamy, vegetal taste with delicate notes of marzipan.
