Mariscadoras è un gruppo di giovani donne che, con il Progetto Blueat LA PESCHERIA SOSTENIBILE, ha avviato un'operazione di pesca e produzione di carne di Granchio Blu. Il gruppo è collegato con cooperative di pescatori, strutture che possono pulire, pastorizzare e lavorare prodotti a base di granchio. Il progetto Blueat è dedicato alla ricerca di nuovi scenari per la gestione delle specie aliene che si stanno espandendo nel Mediterraneo a causa della trasformazione dell'ambiente marino.

Mariscadoras is a group of young women that, with the Blueat THE SUSTAINABLE FISHERIES Project (Blueat LA PESCHERIA SOSTENIBILE), have started an operation aimed at fishing and manufacturing Blue Crab meat. The group is connected with fisherman associations, facilities that can clean, pasteurize and cut the crab. Blueat project is dedicated to researching new scenarios for the management of alien species that are expanding in the Mediterranean due to the transformation of the marine environment.
