PASTICCERIA INTERNAZIONALE is the technical professional magazine in Italian language, for master bakers, pastry chefs, confectioners, gelato makers, chocolate producers and chefs. Nine issues are published each year, running over 200 pages each, in big size, with many pictures. Technical and practical articles on raw materials and processing new recipes, interviews, photographic reports of trade fairs, competitions, marketing, hygiene, window dressing and packaging ideas are always presented.
